ABOUT US
OUR HISTORY
The Brunswick County Home Builders Association (BCHBA) stands as the unified voice of the building, construction, and development industries in our region. The BCHBA has evolved over the years into a vital professional trade organization, bringing together local builders, contractors, and associated businesses committed to enhancing and developing our community.

The home building industry plays a crucial role in driving ourlocal economy, serving as a major employer and a significant source of tax revenue. By joining forces through BCHBA, our members work collectively to advocate for the housing industry’s health and the overall prosperity of our region.

We are affiliated with the North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), aligning our efforts with these influential organizations to advocate for our members and the industry at large.
OUR COMMUNITY
The BCHBA is deeply engaged in the Brunswick County community, with both individual members and the association as a whole actively contributing to local initiatives. As an association dedicated to the residential construction industry, we proudly uphold the principle:
“DO BUSINESS with a MEMBER!"
Our collective efforts and focus on shared causes create tangible benefits, fostering opportunities for networking, collaboration, and success among our members. By supporting each other, we enhance our collective impact and drive the success of our industry and community.
